Key Responsibilities: Handle bulk hiring for international BPO roles through vendor partners. Coordinate with multiple recruitment vendors to fulfill manpower requirements. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for voice and non-voice roles. Schedule and follow up on interviews with operations teams. Ensure daily and weekly hiring targets are met. Maintain recruitment data and reports. Ensure a smooth candidate and vendor experience. Requirements: 6 months of experience in BPO bulk hiring (vendor management experience preferred). Basic understanding of international BPO processes and role requirements. Good communication and coordination skills. Familiar with job portals and sourcing tools. HSC or above.
